Where do you ship?We can ship to anywhere in Europe! Shipping cost will be indicated at check-out. If you have a message saying "We do not ship to your area" please contact us so we can provide you with a detailed quotation. For Switzerland and other non-UE countries we can quote our products ex-VAT.

ShippingWe use different delivery methods to get our fantastic products to you. The furniture will be delivered already assembled by a specialized carrier (on a pallet) or by courier for smaller items. The carrier will contact you to indicate the delivery date. Check the condition of the packaging upon receipt and do not hesitate to make claims on the delivery note. Without reservations on your part, we will not be able to ensure the free repair of your equipment. Delivery costs: Delivery costs vary depending on the product and are indicated when you order. In some cases it is possible to combine two products on a single shipment for the same cost. If you plan to order several products, do not hesitate to contact us and we will provide you with a detailed quote.

Assembly / InstallationOur products are designed for quick and easy installation in your van. The furniture will be delivered to you already assembled ready to be installed. To fix your elements refer to the "Installation" section in the product description.

What material do you use?We only use certified sustainable birch plywood. Birch has excellent mechanical properties, and combines strength and durability. Unlike poplar, it provides impeccable machining and finishing quality.

Maintenance, cleaningWe use birch not just because it's beautiful, but also for its strength and durability and does not require special maintenance. Laminated birch can be cleaned with a slightly humid sponge, and in certain cases of exposure to humidity the exposed edges can be treated with varnish.

Can the furniture be painted?If you have chosen the natural finish you can apply oil/varnish or paint the elements according to your tastes. Choose a water-based paint with low emissions of organic compounds. For the other finishes (hexa, white), don't touch anything, it's just perfect!

What to do in case of problem / damage?We take the greatest care in the manufacture and assembly of our products. If we have shipped your order, it is essential to check that there is no damage BEFORE accepting delivery. IF you can, it is recommended to unpack in front of the driver, who must accept. In case of doubt or visible damage, you must notify it on the delivery note, so that we can make a claim to the shipping company. Otherwise we will not be able to process your request for free and any repairs will be at your expense. However, if you encounter a problem, contact us as soon as possible in order to offer you the best solution. We will favor a repair solution when possible and if the damage is cosmetic and does not prevent the proper functioning of your equipment. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority so we are reachable and available to discuss with you directly by phone.
